2018-2019

Due to the nature of my professional activity, I am frequently approached not only by people who want to look fit through getting rid of or gaining some pounds, but also by those who consider possessing a healthy and properly functioning body to be vital.

As a rule, these are the ones who had surgery or were heavily injured. For them, the rehabilitation and functionality restoration period is extremely important to get back to their regular lifestyle. For rather a long period of work, I have gained enough experience and accumulated quite solid knowledge in the field of rehabilitation. I can even be proud about my personal copyright developments.

However, I decided to reinforce my basis with better academic knowledge and opted for the Niel ASHER Education Center, which was founded by strong professionals in the field of medical and sports rehabilitation. Upon passing the exam successfully, I was awarded the 3rd degree accreditation.

Here are the courses I studied:

  • Anatomy of Exercise and Movement
  • Anatomy of Pain – Trigger Point Master Course for Exercise Professionals
  • Anatomy of Sports Injuries
  • Understanding Posture Continuing Education Course

National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA, USA)

Battle Rope Coach

June, 2017

Exercises with battle ropes have become an essential part of the functional training system among both professional athletes and just fitness amateurs.

At the same time, in my opinion, training involving battle ropes can and should be considered as an independent direction. Thus, I got inspired to study the issue in detail.

Probably, the most interesting of my experiences for the last few years.:) The decision to attend the course was quite spontaneous, which is usually against my personality. Shotokan Karatedo International Federation (SKIF, Japan)

2nd DAN (degree) of the karate-do

July, 1999

Well, sometimes you want to say with a light harsh in voice while looking thoughtfully at the sky: “ It was once upon a time…” But it was really very long ago and many of my readers, due to a young age, can hardly remember “mad 90-s”.

For me, it was the time of martial arts. From 1989 to 2000 I crazily exercised and coached. As a result, in 1996 I was awarded the Ist dan by a Japanese commission, and in 1999 I got IInd dan. Then, I switched to other kinds of martial arts, however, this is a different story.
